Game freezes when Watson takes books from the shelf.

Q: Having problem with Watson taking books from shelf when he and Holmes arrive at Baker Street for the first time. Watson walks to the shelf, you get a hand icon, when you click on it the game freezes up. At this point all you can do is quit and reload and still this happen over and over.
A: Click three books on the shelf and then open your documents inventory, be sure to open and read those 3 books, close the inventory, Sherlock will now speak to Watson.
