This error usually means that the game runs on the unsupported graphics card.
Please check whether your GPU meets "The Sinking City Remastered" system requirements.

If the game is running on laptop, please make sure that it's using high-performance GPU.

On Windows 11:
Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics > "Custom settings for applications".
Select the game from the list and set "High Performance..." as the "GPU preference".

Note: if the "Sinking City Remastered" is not on the list, please add the executable manually. Launch the game, open Task Manager, find the process "The Sinking City Remastered", right click on the process and in the context menu select "Open file location". That will open the directory with the "TheSinkingCityRemastered-Win64-Shipping.exe". This file needs to be added to the list using the "Add desktop app" button.
