General solutions are:
1. Lower the difficulty.
2. Shoot enemies in weak points when Aim is focused.
3. Many of the encounters can be avoided. If low on health or resources - choose retreat or not engaging with the enemies, focus on the main goal to progress and come back later when you are better equipped to take on the enemies.
