How to check which GPU the game uses

1. Run the game
2. Open Windows Task Manager.
3. Go to the "Performance" tab and find the number of the Nvidia GPU (e.g., GPU 1)

3. Switch to the "Processes" tab, right click on the free space near the last column and check "GPU engine", as well as "GPU"
4. Find the game process and make sure that it's using discrete GPU

How to make the game use Discrete GPU
1. Find the game executable.
In the Task Manager right click on the process and select "Open file location"
2. Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics > Custom settings for applications
3. Click "Add desktop app" and select SHCO.exe found in the Step 

4. After that the "Shelock Holmes Chapter One" should appear on the list. Select there "GPU preference": "High Performance..."
